April 2, 2010 by Max M.

S. Amdt 3556 would have, among other things,  prohibited Federal funding for Viagra for child molesters and rapists.  All but two Democrats voted to table the Amendment, thereby killing it.  So, who voted how?

The full text of the amendment reads as follows:

Question On the Motion to Table (Motion to Table Coburn Amdt. No. 3556) Amendment purpose To reduce the cost of providing federally funded prescription drugs by eliminating fraudulent payments and prohibiting coverage of Viagra for child molesters and rapists and for drugs intended to induce abortion.
